I am an experienced BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) registered counsellor working with individuals & couples. Including parent & teen (16+) & adult family members wanting support with their relationship. I work with teenagers, young people, parents & adults, in Eastbourne & online in the UK.

Fees & Session info
Sessions are typically weekly when you first start counselling. Bi-weekly sessions may be an option (subject to availability and consultation).
Sessions are 50 minutes for under 18's | 60 minutes for adults
FEES : £65 per session ( Individuals)
£80 per session ( Couples )
Can be paid via bank transfer or cash
Supervision
Clinical supervision is usually held on a monthly basis, in line with professional standards and ethical guidelines. This regularity supports safe, reflective practice and ongoing professional development. More frequent sessions can be arranged if needed; for example, during periods of increased client work, for those in training, or simply for additional support.
FEES:
Individual sessions - £65 per 60 minute session.
I offer a £5 discount for supervisees in training.
Group sessions - £30 (per person) per 2hr session.
